1 | The issues management should be included as part of the bi-weekly meetings | 04-04-2018 | everis

2 | Change the title from Classes to Classes&Properties, and a link in the wiki page to the images of the Conceptual Model. The link should be placed in the right-hand menu, indented below CM - Classes&Attributes | 04-04-2018 | everis

3 | Create a label for the bi-weekly meeting, so that we can track all related issues | 04-04-2018 | everis

4 | Remove the Log Book | 04-04-2018 | everis

5 | Include the Zotero link under “Bibliography”, in the right-hand panel | 04-04-2018 | everis

6 | Change the sheet label to e-Forms BT, and put it the last sheet of the excel. | 04-04-2018 | everis

AP completed:

  1. This section has been renamed "CM - Classes and properties" and a new link to image files have been created "CM - Images".
  2. The label for the biweekly meeting issues has been created "BWM".
  3. The Log Book has been removed.
  4. Zotero group link has been created under "Link to Zotero Group".
  5. The tab e-Forms Foundational has been changed to "e-Forms BT" and replaced to the third position.

Concerning point 6 Please Read my email message of 23/3/2018 at 19h16 and my comment on issue 25 - This is urgent, extremely embarassing and annoying that on line we have an old version of the e-Forms

Point 6 should be solved. Now, the versions should be the same on both GH. Could you check it out, please?

"e-Forms BT" tab from DED has been updated to the correct version from google spreadsheet: https://github.com/eProcurement-everis/ePO/blob/master/02_IR_DED/eProcurement_glossary_and%20DED.xlsx

This version has not been uploaded to the public GitHub (yet).

Please update on the public site. As the glossary html page is not the same on the private and public site I cannot see that the public site will be properly updated with regard to the html page. Please mirror the public html page of the glossary in the private site.

Please note with regard to my message above the html page of the public site should not be changed just the excel you click on one of the terms

Please don't forget the DED link on the methodology page

  1. DED excel file - with the correct "e-Forms BT" tab: uploaded on the public GitHub.

  2. Reviewed that all links are linking this DED version.

  3. HTML page: private site is exactly the same as the public site.

About this last point, we would like to clarify that both HTML pages are linking the google spreasheet.
