Dear Natalie,

The list below are the classes in the CM that do not have a corresponding entry in the Glossary. To this list we should add at some point the attributes and properties inside the classes. We will do it asap. This would be a first version of terms and definitions for you to discuss with the subgroup working on the Glossary.

muricna commented 6 years ago

I don't think this list is complete. Already in the overview image I see also:

Procurement projetc Tendering criterion Review Party Period Organisation

Can you please put the missing terms in the glossary, even without a definition. I would hope this could be done keeping the format that is on the public site.

sembu-eproc commented 6 years ago

Dear Natalie,

The terms are already in the glossary (at the end of column C "Business Term") and a column "WG Approval date" has been created.

muricna commented 6 years ago

Where has this been done? by the way the link to the DED on the public site does not work

muricna commented 6 years ago

I have just agreed with Enric that the definitions proposed in the DED will be put in the glossary. If you have trouble understanding what is to be done please see with Enric.

Dear Natalie,

The new terms are already in ePO-Glossary tab. To see them, you can filter (for example) the ID column and select only the "Blanks". The "WG Approval Date" column is also there.

The links on the ePO-Glossary page to the google docs spreadsheets are updated. The new ones are also included. You can see it here: https://github.com/eprocurementontology/eprocurementontology/wiki/eProcurement-Glossary

Please check everything is ok.

Can this issue be closed?

muricna commented 6 years ago

Should these concepts not be given an id?

paulakeen commented 6 years ago

The concepts are identified by its business term. Identifying the concepts with letters and numbers is always a very bad idea,. The cost of maintenance is too expensive and unnecessary.
