Idea: move the gitbook documentation to git so that contributions can be made #46

Great idea, done and deployed, I put documentation to the ./docs directory. I tested a couple of times, seems to work. I also set the toggle in GitBook that allows for GitBook preview for PRs, hopefully it works.
