Some bugs, assign @nemesisqp

1. When creating new Category, could not select Parent Category, then could not create sub-category. See eb-not-select-parentcategory

2. "Add new property" Not Work , see eb-couldnot-add-properties

3. When creating new Layout

   • The old value of previous creating is still available, need to reset
   • If selected an option, could not un-select to cho normal layout. Maybe add a default option for normal layout.
   • see eb-newlayout-couldnot-unselect

Layout improvement, assign @gattadesmond

• The popup modal should have max width is 2/3 of fullscreen. Example popup, click "Config", click "String" button of a field, fullscreen popup is showing. See eb-fullscreen-popup

• other things if you think it should be better
