shinyBS not compatible with newest shiny #66

If you download shiny from GitHub by devtools::install_github("rstudio/shiny") then the shinyBS modals wouldn't open. But if you download shiny from CRAN (install.packages("shiny)), it works.

Also, examples are not found (404). https://ebailey78.shinyapps.io/Modals/

I think I got hit by the same issue. BS Modals don't work for me (I tried both the CRAN shiny and the github one).

I tried the example here, and it fires up a shiny app but the modal doesn't show. I can see the div in the html source.
