Feature Request Tooltips for Inputs with Subchoices #75

There was a discussion on Stackoverflow how to get popovers and tooltips next to certain choices inside a multi-choice input object (i.e. checkboxGroupInput or selectizeInput). I submitted a Pull Request (#70) that deals with this and (, so I think,) offers this feature. So far, there has been no reaction to the request. So I figured adressing this as an issue. I am open to any comments and suggestions.

Hi, seems very useful and a pull request already adds it. any chance to make it part of ShinyBS. Thank you for the great package.
