Mount 3 motors simultaneously on the PDB and verify functionality #20

only testing 3 motors because one ESC is verified as bad.

I soldered the remaining 2 ESCs and motors to the PDB board. I powered on the Teensy and verified that each ESC powers on properly and then I commanded all motors to spin at 5% duty cycle. Everything functions well so far. I'll place an order for another ESC.
