[BUG] Redirect should take the chosen language into account and not the browser's

When on a project preivew page in language A and we click on the "Open" button (top right in preview) to get the full view, the redirection uses the browser's language (let's say X) and redirects to the page in language X. We want the redirect to use language A.

Example:

• https://kohesio.ec.europa.eu/fr/?carteR%C3%A9gion=France,Bretagne,Q3487&coords=-3.3702449,47.7482524&project=Q4295954#ma-r%C3%A9gion
• clicking on Ouvrir leads to https://kohesio.ec.europa.eu/projects/Q4295954
• https://kohesio.ec.europa.eu/projects/Q4295954 is being redirected on my EN-configured machine to https://kohesio.ec.europa.eu/en/projects/Q4295954 and not to https://kohesio.ec.europa.eu/fr/projets/Q4295954

It is fixed, but you need to test on TEST environment, you need to login with eulogin acceptance in order to access it:

https://kohesio.test.ec.europa.eu
