Update license to EPL-2.0 once poetry is updated > 1.8.4 #328

With the current poetry version, EPL-2.0 as license results in an error when uploading to pypi as this version identifier is not correctly supported.

That got fixed in https://github.com/python-poetry/poetry-core/commit/f688405ae90c42a27a7c4df878a2023268e87685 but needs a new release of poetry.
