Added commit section to contributing.adoc #363

Closes #361 Clear commit instructions based on the given specifications have been added to the contributing.adoc file.

New section includes the following:

  1. Types of Commits
  2. Examples of commits
  3. Formatting Commit messages

I have signed the ECA( Eclipse Contributor Agreement 3.1.0) and am aware of the terms by which the contribution has been provided to the project.
