Changes

Bump mockito to 5.3.0
Using assertArg from mockito when possible
Replaced static usage of mockito mocks with annotations
Extended the tests using mockito with @ExtendWith(MockitoExtension.class)
Replaced JUnit 5 assertion by AssertJ ones
Changed the parameterized tests with only one data by normal tests
Changed some switch expressions
