Create List of Potential Survey Items for Kate #9

This might already be overdue, so it is a high priority item. I need to discuss this more with Kate (@ksesbenshade), because given my current state of GCAM learning (#4), I am not sure how much I can provide.

I looked through Kate's existing questions and left this reply:

One thought I had was that maybe we should ask about gas prices (which could potentially be used as a proxy for carbon pricing, specifically to oil) For example, what range of gas prices is normal in your region? What range do you consider high? What would you consider reasonable if due to climate change policy (word this better)? What price of gas would have you reduce your car usage? Other than that, I can't really think of any way to include GCAM related questions in the model (due to the scale of GCAM) unless we ask questions about potential support for specific policies (like tax credits)

At this point, that is as far as I plan to go on this issue, unless I think of something else in the next couple days. I will leave this issue open though until the survey has been sent off just in case.
