fix on includes and on GetAssetsByClass calls to prevent deprecated warnings

Thanks for the heavy lifting! I'm starting vacation and won't be back until next week. I still don't plan to use 5.4 atm but since you did some work on this I'll download the engine, test and fix anything else that may be broken next week when I'm back
