Use Sass helper and Asset Pipeline #62

Since Sass and Asset Pipeline is common in Rails 3.1 I think we should generate files using those features

The template file is still named *.css since I cannot change file name on github

Thank you for the contribution, however, there is a rails3 branch already. Can you please apply your changes on that branch?
