Allow Clearing Rating #66

Would be nice to allow a user to clear a rating in case they change their mind and decide they would rather leave it blank (unrated). Perhaps a little x icon to the left or right. Excellent gem by the way, exactly what I was looking for.

+1, I'm trying to homebrew a solution for this same problem where I need the user to be able to clear their rating on a given item.
