Take PSAs within the map bounds, get their PWIDS, and add these to the PSA lookup.
This may or may not (need to check) carry over to the violations page so that violations for PSAs within the bounds, but whose PWS markers are out of the bounds, are still shown in the charts.
Also will want to add or expand context notes about why some markers aren't displayed in the right spot.
