Switch from ReadTheDocs to Github pages #13

For some reason on ReadTheDocs the ..automodule and ..autoclass directives are not working. It's also unnecessary to have an extra build server, adds complexity and annoyance. Should switch to using github pages from ReadTheDocs for better control of the build environment.
