Add figures to documentation

I think it would be very helpful if the following figures are added (working list):

• Grating geometry for RectangularGrating class
• Grating geometry for TriangularGrating class
• Overall system figure with Source, coordinate system, and layer stack notations
• Separate figure containing only the source with coordinate system
