Makes plugin work on Redmine 1.2.1 #11

These small changes will get this plugin to work on Redmine 1.2.1. Fixed the README as well, since there was broken links.

First, the edit action is the form view, delayed_jobs should be created on update, isn't it? So I did it.

Second, request.post? was simply returning false for me on update. Since no one should care if it's POST or not, I removed that line.
