duplicate entries in journal_details #2

since installing this plugin, all new changes to issues are recorded twice in journal_details table.

* Status changed from In Progress to On Dev
* Status on Dev changed from None to Untested
* Status changed from In Progress to On Dev
* Status on Dev changed from None to Untested

I was able to make this stop happening by commenting out line 85 in lib/issue_closed.rb "@issue.save". Not sure how it will effect this plugin though.
