plugins does not work anymore on 0.9-stable branch #5

Hi, dunno why, but after I did an update of the redmine 0.9-stable branch this plugin stopped to work. Simply it does not recognize anymore the issue status change, and thus it does not create any delayed job.

I even don't know how I can be of any help on this because I get no errors or logs... Any suggestion?

HI, i have adapted plugin and would like to push its in other branch.

i push version for Redmine 0.9 to master branch, for Redmine 0.8.* i created other branch with tag "Redmineight".
