[BUG] Validation repository command fails when should not

Describe the bug In the tutor distro repository-validator command execution, it is being taken as invalid a valid repository

How to reproduce

• Create a Quince Tutor instance and install Distro to it
• Add in the config.yml the following:

  
  OPENEDX_EXTRA_PIP_REQUIREMENTS:

• git+https://github.com/eduNEXT/edx-ora2.git@quince/5.5.5#egg=ora2==5.5.7

• Run the command tutor distro repository-validator
• Now you should see this error in the console: The package https://github.com/eduNEXT/edx-ora2/tree/quince/5.5.5 or branch doesn't exist or is private

Expected behavior Being the repository an existing and valid repo, the command should not show any error
