I would like to re-write its code in laravel (PHP's MVC Framework ) Can you please guide me from where should i start it.

Dear Ankit

Thank you for you interest in Transparency Project. Our main effort is the refactoring of Transparency Project and the adoption of blockchain technology on it. i.e. frameworks like http://www.multichain.com/ would be a nice start to begin with. Is this something that you will be interested ?

Hello Mentors (@ellakdev and @kranidiotis). I am Chaitanya Reddy, 3rd year Computer Science Student at NIIT University. I am very much excited about "The Transparency Program initiative - Diavgeia" project and want to contribute as a part of GSOC 2017. (main reason behind excitement is that it has most of my expertise and has good technologies to work on).

I downloaded the master branch from https://github.com/eellak/opengov_diavgeia and tried to deploy the system but did not work, I checked the code base and found that the index.php (from the root folder is being redirected to http://83.212.121.173/drasi1/frontend/f/foreas which is down. From the URL I tried to explore some folder and found index.php (from opengov\frontend\sites\web\mini_sites) in which there is an error from config.php which needs some dependency files which are not available. If possible can you please provide some documentation to deploy the current system locally. This helps in understanding the system (like features and database designs) and helps in developing the new system much better.

From the previous comment, I understood blockchain technology (importance, usage, deployment). It would be helpful if you provide some headers to start the project and to make my proposal strong. Also, I would recommend/prefer to use CodeIgniter (PHP's MVC framework) in the development. I possess strong expertise in proposed framework. NIIT University gate pass system (http://gatepass.niituniversity.in/), Morningtiffin's Online portal (https://morningtiffins.000webhostapp.com/foodDelivery/) and some other were developed by me in CodeIgniter. (More deatils can be provided if needed). Some queries:

Thanks, for taking your time in helping me.
