Make wide views work for `dataviewjs` blocks #71

This change just makes the existing CSS for the dataview blocks also work for dataviewjs blocks. I'm using the same class (wide-dataview) to enable both, and you could separate them, but I don't see much reason to.

I think wide views for dataviewjs is broken right now.

On top table with dataviewjs, on bottom the same table but done with dataview. obraz
