Single-trial EEG nonparametric spectral Granger causality decoding
These scripts enable to user to perform single-trial analysis of EEG data using nonparametric Granger causality and linear SVM decoding to quantify the informational characteristics of these signals.
The scripts are organised to the user can perform: (1) EEG pre-processing from scalp-level, to source reconstruction and extraction of single-trial source-level waveforms and specific ROI coordinates (2) Nonparametric Granger causality estimation using the single-trial source-level waveforms between any number of ROI coordinates (3) Linear SVM decoding of these single-trial Granger causality estimates to determine whether we can decode between the experimental conditions of interest
(i) Additional scripts are included to run various simulations of single-trial nonparametric spectral Granger causality
