General code refactoring to see what could be made more abstract and more efficient.

Frontend

[x] Javascript should be consolidated between to dos and bookmarks
[x] All Javascript that adds a new element to the page should clone an existing element rather than reconstruct it in Javascript

Backend

[x] Folders should get their own controller for creating and removing
[x] A service should be created to handle moving items to folder and projects
[x] Controllers should be reduced in size
