emitter.rs and main.rs are files that rely on Walrus.

main.rs:

[ ] Loading the file. Currently loads it with walrus, load it with wasmparser and convert to wasm-encoder

emitter.rs:

[ ] Data Types move to wasm-encoder
[ ] emit_set
[ ] emit_expr
[ ] emit_binop
[ ] emit_unop
[ ] emit_value
[ ] get_func_info
[ ] InsertionMetadata struct
[ ] InstrIter
[ ] ProbeLoc
[ ] emit_whamm_strcmp_fn in WasmRewritingEmitter

The CI doesn't work now due to a bug when not hitting any event. See details in #76
