LSTM-Loupe shows the use of NetVLAD layer for pooling the outputs of multiple LSTM's.
loupe-pytorch includes the pytorch implementations of multiple learnable pooling layers: NetVLAD, NetRVLAD, SoftDBoW and NetFV NetFV implementation is currently not working.
