dependency docker image cirocosta/gitserver-http only has "lastest" tag #5

we want to provide releases of this project, so we have to use known states of our dependencies. docker image cirocosta/gitserver-http is only tagged with "latest" and is ~3 years old. We can use this image and tag and push it to our registry, or provide and maintain an updated image with the functionality ourselves.
