Allow MIDI device to be named programmatically #546

When creating a custom device it would be nice if there was a simple way to add/update the name for the MIDI device. For example: Could this be added as an option in the MIDI config?

@GR8Instruments good idea! thanks for creating the issue.

It is certainly quite a pain that you have to edit, and rebuild libDaisy to update any of the USB definition data.
