No blocks candidates in redis #115

Hello everyone, we need help with our pool. We use this github to mine electroneum. We have been mining for several days and we have not found any blocks. We looked in the admin page and found this error every 30 seconds in unlocker_info.log: 2017-12-23 15:10:59 No blocks candidates in redis 2017-12-23 15:11:29 No blocks candidates in redis 2017-12-23 15:11:59 No blocks candidates in redis 2017-12-23 15:12:29 No blocks candidates in redis

can you help our pool?

Is it ever showing any block candidates received?

If not: Have you confirmed the electroneum rpc daemon is running and connected to your wallet?

I am having same issue about the no block candidates in redis. The pool was working perfectly and then i rebooted my pc and now it says no block candidates found in redis. Not even sure what this means, is it normal because my pool haven’t found a block yet or is it because there is a problem in my redis-server? Or perhaps something else is wrong?

I think I will try to do a new pool setup see if it fixes it but if I restart pc (or power outtage happens) and I get this no block candidates in redis error then its not worth reinstalling pool evertime (if reinstalling even fixes it)
