Unable to transfer ETN from Offline wallet to online wallet #236

I have sent my ETN to offline wallet and now when I am trying to restore inside online wallet it is not happening, Its shows status as completed buy ETN status shows as pending.

I'm getting the same thing- and how do we sync it Mr gives an answer but doesn't explain how??
