IP banned #80

Why is it showing that my ip is banned ? Really ? After 24 hrs of mining. Got paid just fine 2 times then it stopped the payments and now I'm getting I'm banned ? How come ? Where. Can I check the reason ? I'm mining on uspool.electroneum

sometime its too many bad share result wait 1 hour and retry u can also try xmr stak unified https://github.com/fireice-uk/xmr-stak/releases

Before I give you the answer, please keep in mind that the official pool you were mining on is not supported anymore, it will die. Go to http://electroneum.vip instead and mine there, awesome community and today the mining fee will become 0% - pool hosted on amazon infrastructure, unequaled earning rate weekly and monthly.

Answer: The software temporarily bans IP’s that send over 25% incorrect/invalid shares, the ban only lasts for 10 minutes on default pool settings. This happens mostly due to OC or miner config settings that push the hardware too hard. Other times there are connection issues either at the miner end or at the pool end, but it’s not a permanent ban, please stop/restart your miner and try again.
