Spelling: No URL, : #46

I don't see the benefit to saying "URL", and it resulted in a lot of verbatim translations, which is inelegant. https://l10n.elementary.io/translate/desktop/capnet-assist/nb/?checksum=9ce96ede87809cca Curious rule for some languages is to put a - in to make a marked noun. ~ CD-en, which also is more errors than need be.

This is a command line option, so adding a : doesn't really make sense in this context:

I'm not sure that it's a failure in the translation for URL to be used since this requires that specific format. But I'm in favor of saying "this" instead of "the following"
