Create rough cost estimate #10

We should know roughly, how much it will cost to successfully complete the project. This includes

prototype building cost (hardware, assembly, shipping, other external work needed)
cost per sensor node
cost of central node
cost of possible construction work onsite

This cost estimate will iterate based on what new things we learn.
