Regular Weight looks like bold, it's not same as Titillium #29

Compared to TitilliumWeb on Google, this fork's weight looks very different, Regular looks like bold.

Can you provide an alternative release with the original weighting that's inclusive of all other current fixes?

I've got a website using Titillium, i've tried this fork to rectify some height variations on Linux and Windows, but this fork bolder weight significantly increased font spacing and its affected every element of my sites design layout.

@davelab6 Let's discuss this today and make a decision.

Bold also has the same issue.

I think this is a misconfigured avar table. @moyogo please take a look :) cc @pichotta

@moyogo A trial of this fix has been made in the TN fork in the 'roman-poles' branch.

The outlines of the file named Semibold had the same stem weight value for /H as the Bold being served.

The file name of Semibold has been changed to Bold. These changes were made in the .designspace file: default set to Bold; source changed from Semibold to Bold; and output values to reflect stem weights. The outlines of the current poles and intermediates now match what is being served.

Next there is a new build issue with the Italics. Also, a few new outlines for RVRN substitution for select glyphs.
