In order to add support for Eclipse 4.2 Junos, we had to remove some code that
was Helios-specific, thus breaking Helios. Going forward, our plan is to
support the most recent two versions of Eclipse, which are currently Indigo
(3.7) and Junos (4.2).

It may be able to reactivate Helios by manually updating the Helios update
repository sites to include the bundles listed in the issue description; I
(Newfie) have done similar for other Helios projects, but cannot advise
definitely if this will work for LSLForge.
