Editor doesn't recognize the new Animation Override functions

[GoogleCodeExporter]

Use any of llSetAnimationOverride, llGetAnimationOverride, and 
llResetAnimationOverride and you get an error flagged by the editor.

Fix is to add the function signatures and descriptions to FuncSigs.hs

I guess this is an enhancement and not a defect; but I can't figure out how to
