leap second patch needed?

I cannot get a fix for GPS Sats over NTRIP- but I can get GLONASS streams. I suspect that this may be an issue with the July 2015 leap second, since the problem matches a similar issue addressed in the RTKlib support info No. 78.

I'm new to both Android Studio and github- I will try to poking around the code to see if I can fix. I don't know how the android ported version varies from RTKlib, but assume this may be a change to the UTC-GPST table? (https://github.com/tomojitakasu/RTKLIB/issues/37)

If anyone can help, or confirm this is the right direction, it would be much appreciated. -Joe

I have the same issue with C4fishfood. I experienced same issue with RTKlib for desktop 2.4.2 base version, until I applied the patches.

Any help would be appreciated.
