Font studio support #34

Add support for Font Studio (http://www.pascalgamedevelopment.com/showthread.php?3625-Bitmap-Font-Generator)

I am going to drop this issue as I can't find a current version of Font Studio any more and I never used Font Studio anyways. Instead I am going to add support for BMFonts, a format used by Hiero and Glyph Designer.
