Use Transient instead of magit-popup (partial) #63

Fixes all the remapping defined in evil-magit-popup-changes, and fixes the revert of magit-dispatch changes. Includes:

copy transient layout of magit-dispatch with copy-tree
rename popups in evil-magit-popup-changes (remove "-popup" suffix)
adapt evil-magit-change-popup-key
uncomment evil-magit-adjust-popups and evil-magit-revert-popups

Doesn't include:

the forge stuff

Warning: I didn't test across multiple Emacs versions and I didn't test that all the remapping work.
