I have been using your R package ecotraj to display fish community trajectories for different stream orders. I’m hoping, for comparisons sake, to have the same x/y axis scales for each stream order. However, I haven’t been able to figure out how to adjust these limits within the package or transfer the data into another package to show similar results. Is this change in scale possible in the ecotraj package?
