SOLR SSL - new cert for solr #16

The cert has expired on the solr server. Zo and Alex now have access to the SOLR server. Previously Mark Prefer would have been the point of contact to renew the cert. Zo and Alex will be working on adding a new cert. This is a dependency for resolution of 2 current issues for the keep and openemory.

Per slack messaging on 2021-04-12 it appears this work is complete. Moving to review for @alexBLR and @rotated8 and @AGCooper

Also, do we need to capture any documentation/knowledge on the work?

Alex shared the document about updating SSLs on the qa servers with Zo. Alex will modify info on what we have for the SOLR server and have Zo review.
