Add details to confirm date and readiness to plan and then conduct the migration.

[JH] Once I set up the RDS, I can move your production data into a non-production environment. This will give us the ability to confirm the hardware is appropriately sized to provide the necessary performance without over-sizing and incurring excessive costs. You will have an environment to exhaustively test that your connectivity and that your code works and meets your performance expectations on the new version of the RDBMS. Then, when you are ready, I’ll coordinate a production shutdown, migration, and bring your production databases up on production accounts.
