Verify Databases Identified are Complete #27

This is a different list than your previous email. Can you please confirm which databases you believe are ours? It would be helpful to know how these lists were compiled, in order to sort out the differences between what we recognize and what we do not.

[SD]: We use our DBA inventory spreadsheet and under the MySQL, we do have the DLP databases and the Library databases. As per our record, you/team are the contacts for the DLP and the Library.

NOTE: If you have databases that are no longer needed, my preference is that you (or your team) drop them prior to any possible handoff.

DECISION: the team has confidence that we have identified the dbs. however, if any databases are discovered as the project progresses the team accepts that risk and will respond, escalate and use change request processes to manage any new discovery.
