Need to know who to talk to about ensuring data backups and disaster recovery to support our change plan and backout.

Curt Tucker's team will create a backup on demand (via ServiceNow). If we want the backup to be there for more a few days we should add that in the instructions. The size of the backup could be large and Curt's team may not want to keep them around a long time.

Steps for this during the OpenEmory project worked well. Incorporate into deployment tickets as needed.
