For this effort, I messaged stakeholders during the production update phase. Colin Bragg Katherine Fisher Elizabeth Roke Nina Rao

They knew about the upcoming change and dates. I followed up when the change was done and our results of internal testing. I followed up to see if they encountered any issues on their end. Stakeholder responses were positive and there was no reported issues or disruptions to service were not reported by stekholders. One issue was discovered with the test version of the keep but it was unrelated to the database effort and a ServiceNow ticket was created to address that issue. INC04119345
