complete as of this morning. we still have openemory_test until we tell OIT to decommission. give SCO a week (coordinate with Emily) BC will ask EP to ask SCO to check and plan for requesting decommission on 9/5

Beth had Jim rename this on 9/5 and the old test db has been dropped.
