Email Rose Library (Katherine Fisher and Elizabeth Roke) to check test keep to confirm it is working ok. Email Digitization Team (Bonnie Jean Woolger and Nina Rao) to check test keep to confirm it is working ok.

Request they respond back by 5pm Thu Sept 7th.

https://testkeep.library.emory.edu/ Off campus on VPN. I get to the branded page but I get this error. "System Error Our server encountered a problem that prevented us from completing your request. Please try again in a few minutes, and contact system support if the problem continues."

There seem to be no tables in the db. Beth will email the db team.

I emailed KF, ERR, BJW, NR on 9/1 at 11am with a response requested by 6pm Thursday 9/7

Hi Doug, I was able to get in this morning and do some testing. Most things I tried worked as expected, although I noticed a few possible issues:

It seems like indexing isn’t working—maybe that’s by design or I just haven’t waited long enough, but when I ingest a new resource, it doesn’t show up in the collection I added it to, I can’t retrieve it by searching for the pid, and nothing is listed under recently added items.
I can’t edit metadata for audio objects (500 error), although editing for video and disk images seems fine.
I can’t view recent task results (500 error again).

The issues Katherine is reporting are not db related. May be related to RabbitMQ. Zo will try to fix those. This is not an enhancement or related to the db work so put in a ServiceNow ticket.

I responded to the email from Katherine and the email from Nina about the issues they see. Here is the servicenow ticket number for the issues: INC04119345
