https://testkeep.library.emory.edu/ Off campus on VPN. I get to the branded page but I get this error. "System Error Our server encountered a problem that prevented us from completing your request. Please try again in a few minutes, and contact system support if the problem continues."
There seem to be no tables in the db. Beth will email the db team.

The issues Katherine is reporting are not db related. May be related to RabbitMQ. Zo will try to fix those. This is not an enhancement or related to the db work so put in a ServiceNow ticket.
