8 years ago Some terms in the EDAM ontology may coincide with the terms added after the Athens hackathon, which have been added to the image now online. There would have to be some cleaning, but in general from the experience I gathered while preparing the ontology additions, this is an informatics ontology that is very close to eNM scope.
I wonder whether the bioinformatics ontology should be added to the eNM ontology? http://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/EDAM
There is some overlap with assays (regarding omics etc.) but also there are some analysis-relevant terms. This may however require some careful integration to avoid redundancy...Not sure how to proceed.
